Our Print to Mail Service Offerings

Creative Services

Equipped with Adobe Creative Suite, our in-house designers can support clients for any creative, design requests or artwork editing pertaining their DM collaterals like envelopes, brochures, letters, newsletters, etc.

Supply of printed DM collaterals

With our established network of offset print and envelope partners, LPMH can take over the procurement and coordination work which will significantly reduce the workload of our clients and this will also enable LPMH optimal control to manage the production print quality, specification compliance and delivery timeline which will further reduce errors and wastage.

Data formatting / Mail-merging

With our VDP application suite and with the database provided by client in Excel, CSV, txt formats, our IT team will format the data records to a readable postal format and presorted for mailing purposes. We will also generate a 4-state postal barcode to achieve further postage discounts.

Data Printing in B/W or Colour

Our current fleet of cutsheet digital printers with print speed of 100 A4 pages per minute will digitally overprint the required variable data onto offset printed documents. Our printers can cater to different paper substrates and thickness like coated or uncoated paper, textured papers and even card stock.

Machine Enveloping

We are equipped with production class Kern 2500 inserter capable of up to 10,000 C5 size mails per hour for large volume runs and two sets of mid-size inserters for small & medium volume runs. Our inserters are equipped with hopper insertion capability for secondary inserts like brochures, BREs, etc and OMR, 2D barcode capture functionality for page definition and page count reconciliation.
